Application:

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the services and goods by you (The Customer). We are ZSESoft a company registered in the United Kingdom whose registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall,  Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom our email address is support@zsesoft.co; our telephone number is +44 330 133 7829; (the Supplier or us or we).

These are the billing terms on which we sell Services to you. By ordering any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Interpretation:

Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession.

Delivery Location means the Supplier’s premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order.

Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services.

Durable Medium means paper or email, or any other medium that allows information to be addressed personally to the recipient, enables the recipient to store the information in a way accessible for future reference for a period that is long enough for the purposes of the information, and allows the unchanged reproduction of the information stored.

Goods mean any goods that we supply to you with the Services, of the number and description as set out in the Order.

Order means the Customer’s order for the Services from the Supplier as submitted following the step-by-step process set out on the Website.

Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website.

Services mean the services advertised on the Website, including any Goods, or digital items, of the number and description set out in the Order.

Website means our website zsesoft.co on which the Services are advertised.

Services

The description of the Services and any Goods is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or another form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of any Goods supplied.

In the case of Services and any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.

All Services which appear on the Website are subject to availability.

We can make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.

Basis of Sale

The description of the Services and any Goods on our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Services or Goods. When an Order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.

The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

A Contract will be formed for the Services ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (i.e. the Order Confirmation). You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract, but in any event not later than the delivery of any Goods supplied under the Contract, and before the performance begins of any of the Services.

We intend that these Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer. If this is not the case, you must tell us, so that we can provide you with a different contract with terms which are more appropriate for you and which might, in some respects, be better for you, eg by giving you rights as a business.

Fees and Payment

The fees (Fees) for the price of any Goods and any additional delivery or other charges are that set out on the Website at the date we accept the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details, as we take payment immediately before the delivery of any goods or services.

ZSEsoft accepts the following payments methods:

Credit and Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover & Diners, Cartes Bancaires & Japan Credit Bureau.

Depending on the currency you have made your purchase with, your order will be charged in either: GBP (£), EUR (€), USD ($), CAD ($), AUD ($) or NZD ($)

Delivery Policies

All Goods and Digital Services are delivered free of charge. This applies to all domestic and international orders.

All Digital Services (such as codes) are delivered electronically by e-mail. You may also view your digital goods/services by creating an account with us and viewing your past order(s).

Physical Goods are delivered by a courier.

You may choose to have your Goods delivered by a premium method of delivery, however, a premium method of delivery will be charged and the amount will be calculated by the seller at the time of purchase.

If an item is lost during delivery transit, the total cost of the item including delivery charges will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.

If an item is damaged during shipping, the total cost of the item including delivery charges will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.

Refund and Return Policy

Goods and services are entitled to be refunded or retuned if the buyer notifies the seller within 30 days of the date of purchase. The buyer must contact the seller by email: support@zsesoft.co where a return can be processed.

All refunds are free and delivery charges incurred for returned merchandise and services will be the responsibility of ZSESoft. ZSESoft will provide you with a free return label.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Withdrawal, Returns and Cancellation

You can withdraw the Order by telling us before the Contract is made if you simply wish to change your mind without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.

You can cancel any purchases by telling us no later than 30 days after the purchase was made, if you simply wish to change your mind without giving us a reason, and without liability, except in that case, you must return the Goods to our premises (free return label provided). Then we must without delay refund to you the price for those Goods and Services which have been paid for in advance.

This does not affect your rights when the reason for the cancellation is any defective Goods or Services. This Returns Right is different and separate from the Cancellation Rights below.

Right to cancel

Subject as stated in these Terms and Conditions, you can cancel any purchases within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire the Goods or Services. In a contract for the supply of services only (without goods), the cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day the Contract was entered into.

To cancel your order, you could e-mail support@zsesoft.co with your order number and we’ll process your cancellation.

Returning Goods

If you have received Goods in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled, you must send back the Goods to our registered business address at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom no later than 30 days from the day on which the goods were delivered.

Timing of reimbursement

Refunds are issued no later than 72 hours after receiving the returned goods.

With regards to a digital item, refunds are issued no later than 72 hours after informing us that you wish to return a digital item.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.

Conformity and Guarantee

We have a legal duty to supply the Goods and Services in conformity with the Contract, and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation.

Upon delivery, the Goods and Services will:

  • be of satisfactory quality.
  • be of satisfactory quality.
  • conform to their description.

We will provide the following after-sales service: The supplier will provide a fixed 2-year warranty period for all orders.
