Cancellations

You could cancel your order within 30 days after you have received your goods.

Contact our support team to cancel any order.

A free return label is provided to you in order to return anything back to us. Once we received the goods back, you will be provided with a full refund.

To cancel any digital item orders, just e-mail us within 30 days of receiving your digital goods telling us your intention that you wish to cancel the order and we will provide you with a full refund.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return & refund policy on all purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your item for whatever reason, you could return this back to us within 30 days after you have received your goods, and we will give you a full refund.

A free return label is provided to you in order to return anything back to us.

For digital item returns, just e-mail us within 30 days of receiving your digital goods telling us your intention that you would like to return a digital item and we will provide you with a full refund.

Exchanges

We offer a free 30-day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your item for any reason, please contact our support team within 30 days after you have received the item, and they will provide you with a free return label.

Once we have received the item back, your exchange will be delivered free of charge.

Damaged, Defective, Lost, and Incorrect Goods

If your item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let contact our support team know. Tell our support team knows whether you prefer a full refund or an exchange.

A free return label is provided to return the goods back to us. Once we have received the damaged, defective, or incorrect items back, you will be provided a full refund or an exchange, depending on your choice.

If your item has not arrived, contact our support team and we will try and locate your package with the courier service used. If the parcel is deemed lost, you could choose from either a replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange

The best way to send a refund/return or exchange request is by using the e-mail address provided below. Remember to include your order number and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Method of Refund and Timeframe

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. So if you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to the credit or debit card used to place an order.

Once we have received the goods back, your refund will be issued to your card within 72 hours.

For digital items, once we are notified by e-mail that you wish for a refund, this will be processed and your money will be refunded within 72 hours.

No charges for returning goods or exchanges.

It is free to return goods back to us for an exchange or refund. Our support team will provide you with a free return label via e-mail to return the goods back to us. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
